Til Valhalla Project is America's fastest-growing Veteran owned clothing brand, with more than 1 Million supporters since 2016. Their mission is to preserve the Legacies of our Fallen Heroes by surprise-delivering memorial plaques to their families, all funded by apparel. They've donated millions towards reducing veteran suicide, and delivered thousands of custom memorial plaques.
The Project
The Til Valhalla Project team engaged 100 Celsius to complete a full email rebranding effort and overhaul of their email & SMS automations in Klaviyo and PostScript to create a world-class customer experience, and increase CLTV by ascending supporters up the value ladder.
They need help executing a growth strategy for their tee shirt subscription program, The Elites. And at the core of it all, they wanted to better-connect their supporters and subscribers with the T.V.P. mission.
Following our initial Roadmap experience, we helped T.V.P. develop a brand-new suite of redesigned email and SMS automations that finally translated their mission and nearly doubled automation revenue.
We helped them develop a new automation suite, promotional calendar, and broadcast campaign strategy that helped them extend their tee shirt subscription club average LTV to 13 months. And we worked with PostScript and PostPilot closely to create intentional SMS and direct mail moments across the full lifecycle to engage supporters and drive subscriptions.
Elite Membership Growth Automations & Giveaway Campaigns
Til Valhalla Project's tee shirt membership club, The Elites, is one of the most impactful parts of their company and mission. It allows them to drive profitable recurring revenue from their best supporters each month and engage them even further in the mission.
We built out a new suite of subscriber growth and retention emails, SMS automations, and direct mail campaigns. We also execute a monthly giveaway campaign to drive subscriber acquisition.
Mission-Engagement SMS & Email Moments
We leveraged PostScript and Klaviyo to create a number of different evergreen assets and moments to drive  engagement with the T.V.P. mission, including encouraging supporters to volunteer to deliver plaques, submit plaque applications, and be aware of the impact their support is having on a month-to-month basis.
Re-Branded Lifecycle Automations
We rebranded all of Til Valhalla Project's core lifecycle marketing automations to reflect a consistent brand look and voice. These automations include new customer onboarding, abandonment, welcome/mission indoctrination, re-engagement, and more.
Direct Mail Strategy Rollout via PostPilot
We introduced T.V.P. to PostPilot for Direct Mail, and helped them roll out an integrated automation and campaign strategy that consistently generates a 3x or higher ROI and drives increased visibility for the Elites, new product launches, and key offers throughout the year.
